The retreat cost covers the full cost of the retreat, including all food.
When does the retreat start and end?
The retreat will begin with dinner on the Thursday evening at 6:00pm. You are welcome to arrive any time from 4pm. It is normally not advisable to plan to arrive later than this. If you think you might need to, please contact us before booking.
We will finish on the Sunday afternoon, around 2pm.
What will the accommodation be like?
Sea to Sky Retreat Centre (SSRC) provides simple, but comfortable accommodation. For a short while we will be living communally, sharing a room with one other person and eating together communally.
Living communally means caring for each other. We will ask you to help out with simple chores in the dining room after we eat.
What will the food be like?
All the food will be vegetarian.
If you have any allergies that aren't listed on the booking form, please contact us at info@vancouverbuddhistcentre.com
What do I need to bring?
All bedding is supplied including pillows. Pack for mountain forest September weather. It gets cool in the early mornings and will be colder when overcast or raining. You can check the Whistler weather forecast. We suggest you bring layers as well and a warm jacket. More details on what to bring will be sent after you register.
