Holding to Nothing Whatever: Finding freedom through the Four Noble Truths

Holding to Nothing Whatever: Finding freedom through the Four Noble Truths

Saturday 18 April 10am – 4:30pm

The Buddha’s first teaching after his enlightenment was the Four Noble Truths. He said that all of his teachings are contained within these four essential truths, like the footprint of an elephant holds the prints of all other animals. In a world with so much information and stimulus, they point simply and directly to the essence and potential of the path.

On this day retreat with Balajit we will explore the teaching in an experiential and embodied way. There will be periods of input, quiet sitting, discussion  and experiential inquiry.
