Awakening: Opening to the Simplicity of Non-Duality
Does your day-to-day experience feel complicated and burdened? Becoming awake is to inhabit simple reality without interpretation, without story. Without the baggage of yesterday and tomorrow; just directly sensing our inescapable immersion in the moment. Simple, unburdened, and always available. During these monthly sessions, we will offer experiences that support habits for awakening to the vast, wordless, non-dual spaciousness we occupy.
